Q: How many designs do you have? Can you make customized?
A: There are hundreds of wallcovering designs can be made. And we also can make customzied designs, materials or any other specification. The cutsomization regular process is :
(1) Provide your sample for us to conifrm if we can make
(2) We will produce the samples for you according to your requirements if you agree. Sample fees and delivery cost collected.
(3) After you confirm the samples we make, we will start the formal production for the bulk goods.
Q: Are your wallcovering fire retardant? Since we use for engineering projects, we must have a flame retardant report to prove it.
A: Yes we have. Original standard is China national standard Class B1. MOQ for this standard is 300sqm per model.
Also we can make the ASTM E84 America Standard Class A , this is special for the hotel project or other engineering project requrie higher standard use. MOQ is 4500sqm per order, can mix models. Since we also need to purchase Class A flame retardant materials in bulk, and the use of this special material is very strict and needs to be used within a month so it requires a higher MOQ.
Q: What is your leading time?
A: 7-15days for small order; 15-30days for container order
Q: Could you make 3D Printed Design on the wallcovering?
A: Yes we can make it. As long as you can provide us the original image and we can scan the image to print it.
