Q: How many designs do you have?
A:There are over hundreds of designs can be chosen from our catalog including flower, geometric, abstract, european, consise, bohemian designs. Besides this kind of rug, there are Faux Wool rug, Faux Rabbit rug,Donier rug, Diatom Mud Rug Plush Rug can be chosen. Also, customized designs are acceptable.
Q: What size do you have?
A: Customized Sizes are accepted. It is also available to recommand sizes according to our experience if you need.
Q: What is your production time?
A: Around 10-15days for small order, and 15-25days for container order.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: T/T, Western Union, Paypal,Aliabab Trade Assurance, etc. (CNY,USD and EUR are accpeted)
(1) 100% full payment paid before we produce the goods;
(2) 30% deposite payment paid before we produce the goods, 70% balance payment paid before we sent out the goods from warehouse;
(3) 50% deposite payment paid before we produce the goods, 50% balance payment paid before we sent out the goods from warehouse;
Q: What is your package?
A: Multiple pieces of the same size are packed in white woven bags, and the its outside package are waterproof woven bags. If each roll packaged in a separate transparent plastic bag needed, an additional charge of 0.2 USD/PC will be charged. The material cannot be vacuum packed.
Q: Can you make customized material / design / logo / package?
A: Accepted. For the customized materials we require client to provide us with their samples to confirm if we can make. And we will make a sample for you to check before we start formal production for the bulk order. For the customized designs, we need the clients provide us with the real images for the design. The customized cost will be charged in addition.
Q: Besides the centre rug, what kinds of floor decorative materials do you supply?
A: We also supply the carpet tile, wall to wall carper, floor sticker, spc flooring, artificial grass, etc.
